ISI Offers Online Learning Resources Amid Pandemic Disruption

In response to university disruptions caused by the coronavirus pandemic, ISI is transitioning its upcoming conferences to virtual platforms. All students are now invited to join online webinars for live faculty lectures and Q&A sessions.

The next conference is titled "National Security and Just War." It will be held on Saturday, April 4 at 1:00 PM CDT and can be accessed through the following link: National Security and Just War.

From the ISI event description:

What makes a war just? It’s a complicated question. And few can answer it well. At this conference, you’ll explore war from the “hawk” and “dove” perspectives, and you’ll learn the basics of just war theory. You’ll come away from this conference with a better understanding not only of national security, but of the theoretical framework of just war.
