On March 16th, Josh Hammer joined the Society virtually to deliver remarks on legal conservatism and the emerging jurisprudential framework of common-good originalism. Hammer is an opinion editor at Newsweek and Research Fellow at the Edmund Burke Foundation.
Following the the presentation, Hammer led an extended discussion with students.
